The Diocese of Raleigh publishes an annual Diocesan Plan. Parishes are required to establish their own Parish Plan in broad support of the Diocesan Plan as well as a means to accomplish local goals. Ministries and organizations hosted by St. Patrick Church are encouraged to develop annual objectives and the corresponding goals by which they hope to meet their objectives. St. Patrick Church Pastoral Council publishes the three year plan and monitors efforts to accomplish the ministries’ objectives throughout the year.
